What is trip therapy?

In practice it starts with an intake to explore risks, goals, and fit. You receive guidance on mindset and preparation. During the session a trained facilitator supports you with a safe environment and tools like music and grounding techniques. Afterward, integration talks help translate insights into everyday steps.
