About a week before your psychedelic therapy session, your chosen therapist or tripsitter will proactively contact you. This call is used to prepare the session together, answer your questions, and help you feel mentally and emotionally ready.
Sometimes the contact happens earlier. You can request this if you already have questions or want extra reassurance, and the therapist may also reach out sooner if your intake shows that more alignment or preparation is needed. You will always have at least one substantive contact before the session.
